Virgin Atlantic - Love from Above

Unveiling Virgin Atlantic’s new product on the ground with an over-the-top New York City takeover.

 
 

When Virgin Atlantic launched their new Premium Economy class they needed some unconventional tactics to let the public experience what it’s like to fly with Virgin Atlantic.

 
 
Virgin Atlantic wanted to prove that no one loves you at 35,000ft like they do. We decided to take over a 35,000ft route along the streets of Manhattan and Chicago, and give them some Love from Above. Outdoor billboards and projections were placed along the route, asking people to join our mobile site via text. On this mobile site, they learned about our British Pub Events, downloaded movie passes, located our London cabs and submitted pictures to our mobile gallery.
 
 

The “Love from Above”  campaign targeted a wide audience through a variety of on-the ground tactics along a 35,000 foot route in Manhattan.

Along the massive city route, folks got ataste of merry old England through billboards, outdoor projections that turned New York buildings into London landmarks, and free rides in British-style cabs.
